10/10 Exceptional

I found my stay at the Coco Lodge exceptional in every way. From the attentiveness of the staff, and their willingness to accommodate all of my guest needs, it was an exceptional stay. I hosted several large dinner parties in which me and my guest were served with white glove service. I found a menu to be exquisite with a variety of choices for food and beverage, and dessert options. The room, Services were always top-notch, and the staff was there to assist at every return. From laundry to impromptu room services, I felt quite comfortable and at home.

2/10 Poor

Damnable hotel

Although I received the confirmation e-mail from hotel, my reservation was overbooked. However, there was no words of apology. Instead, the staff said that they prepared a room for me in another hotel with same quality. I followed the staff, but the hotel was not at same quality. No hot water, no wifi, very dirty bed and sheets, so many mosquito in the room... While I checked inside of room, the staff fled. It was unacceptable experience.

A revoir car cela reste frustrant.
