Quick stay in Chapmanville for a wrestling tourney. My son and I were welcomed promptly by a kind staff member. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and convenient.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location was terrible though. I was staying by myself for work, and honestly quite scared to be there. The key card entry was broke off the side door and the door was kept open with the rug. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I went to the hotel amd they told me they didnt have any rooms even though i had made a reservation. I had to stay at a different hotel in the area. Thank God they had a room or i would have not had a place to stay. Very unprofessional

It wasnt great, we booked a 2 night stay. Got to the room, literally no toilet paper, 1 towel for 2 of us for 2 days. My wife had a shower and discovered there was no hair dryer, i went to reception yet again and the wo.an actually seemed cross that i was asking for a hair dryer. She must of been! 30 mins later, still no dryer, back to reception and the young man down there sorted us oneout. Later when we went to sleep, there was a hole in the bed sheet, housekeeping must have surely seen this when they made the bed.

Hotel was acceptable, but due to flooding the entire town had its water shut off. Was not mentioned except for a note on the counter but not dated.get into the room to realize we had no shower, no toilet or a way to brush our teeth except a bottle of water. While not the hotels sole fault I feel I shouldn’t have had to pay full price for no amenities other than a bed.

I was shicked to fund out 2 things, 1 there is an additional 100.00 deposit once tou arrive at the hotel and 2nd the owners of this hotel refuse to rent to locals. I was alomst denied my stay and my daughter and grandchilren coming from out of state almost didn't have a room to go too. The ladies were helpful and worked with me but only because of talking and explaining situations. It was very uncomfortable at first. The hotel itself, very nice. Very clean.
