Das Hotel als solches ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Der Wellnessbereich ist super gemütlich und optimal für einen Wellnesstag. Die Massagen können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Wirklich schön war auch der Sportbereich und die Möglichkeit kostenlos an Yogakursen teilzunehmen. Rundum hat es uns super gefallen! Wir kommen gerne!!

Wir haben uns im Falkenstein rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war alles sehr frisch, die Eierspeisen gibt es auf Bestellung. - das Rührei ist sehr zu empfehlen :-) Der Pool und der Spabereich sind sauber und sehen sehr neu aus, nur das Wasser könnte vielleicht ein bisschen wärmer sein. Das Personal war sehr nett, und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Jede Reise hat ein Ende, aber die Erinnerung daran ist unvergänglich. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Familienhotel in ruhiger Lage. Tolles Personal, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und herzlich Willkommen. Das reichhaltige und ausgewogene Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich - am besten mit Halbpension buchen. Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Wellnessbereich (siehe Homepage). Die Massagen sind auch empfehlenswert. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis war der Gleitschirm Tandemflug mit Gastgeber Sepp - einfach bei Anreise an der Rezeption anfragen. Das Falkenstein ist Partner von der Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte. Diese bietet viele kostenlose und auch rabattierte Attraktionen/Ausflüge. Informationen findet man auf der Homepage oder via App zum Downloaden „Zell am See-Kaprun Sommerkarte“. Die Wasser-, Licht-, Musik- & Lasershows am Zeller See sind auch sehenswert. Herzlichen Dank an das Falkenstein Team für diese schöne Zeit bei Euch.

فاااشل ولا انصح فيه

الفندق فاشل من جميع النواحي مع ان ماخذ شقه وهي اكبر شقه موجوده لكن للاسف انصدمت من مستوى الفندق ويعيبه انه يسمح بوجود الكلاب تدخل الفندق ريحة الكلاب منتشره وحتى في الغرفه للامانه ندمت على السكن فيه

Schönes, sehr gemütliches Hotel am Fusse des Kitzsteinhorns. Das Falkenstein liegt ideal um die wunderbare Bergwelt der majestätischen, über 3.000 Meter hohe Gebirge zu erkunden. Dank der vom Hotel ausgegebenen ‚Sommerkarte‘ konnten wir alle Bergbahnen, Sessellifte in der Umgebung und mehr kostenlos benutzen. Frühstück und Restaurant liessen keine Wünsche übrig, wenn man diese denn auch äussert. Wer Eierspeisen zum Frühstück mag, muss diese jedoch erst ordern und eine Weile darauf warten, was ich zweimal tat, dann jedoch darauf verzichtete und mich einfach am reichhaltigen Buffet bediente. Unser schönes Eckzimmer war gemütlich mit grossen Fenstern in die wunderbare Natur und einem grossen Balkon.Wer Wert auf Kühlschrank, Minibar Kaffeeautomat und Safe im Zimmer legt, wird diese nicht vorfinden, was für uns jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön zu einem kleinen, liebevoll gestalteten Garten gelegen. Der Indoor-Pool mit grossen Glasfronten und Türen zum Garten ist für Hotel-Verhältnisse sehr gross, sodass Bahnen schwimmen nach Wandern in den Bergen möglich ist - allerdings nur bis 19.00 Uhr. Ein Whirlpool und eine grosse Wasserfall-Düse sind sehr hübsch in den Pool integriert. Bade- und Saunahandtücher sind unkompliziert an der Rezeption erhältlich. Das Personal ist herzlich und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder ‚Das Falkenstein‘.

Das Falkenstein is on the outskirts of Kaprun, so it would be most helpful to have a car, which I did. It's a traditional Austrian hotel with that style of decor. Everything was super clean, my single room was very comfortable, the WiFi was great, and the breakfast was plentiful (even fresh watermelon), farm fresh eggs (their own chickens, which I "visited" out back!). Free parking right out front with more across the street, where the scenic river rushed by. Staff was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nettes Hotel am Ortsrand von Kaprun

Tolle Lage am Rande von Kaprun, zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ortszentrum und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Stauseen und zum Kitzsteinhorn. Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und auch das Frühstück ist sehr schön hergerichtet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Toller Gastgarten.
