We liked the cleanliness and room decor, also bed/pillows comfotable. The large ensuite too was good. To have a dip in the thermal pools was a treat. We booked here as safety was a priority, the locked high gates in a sutle/artistic feature makes it look modern and boutique. I would like to see more greeney; like large agave in pots to break up the brick work and whiteness.

Friendly Manager with a dry sense of humour. Air con was on in our room when we arrived as it was a very hot day. The Artesian Pool was a blessing after a long day on the road. The Chinese Restaurant attached to the accomodation was delicious. Room was very clean and had a great night sleep.

We were very disappointed with the unit. We were put in the older part of the complex because we had a dog. Other people who had dogs were in this area too. This part of the resort is really run down. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was not clean with buildup on glass, and products from the previous guest were still in the shower. Provided makeup remover and shower cap but no soap. Dispensers in shower provided but not filled. The vanity was old, damaged & needs replacing. Mix-matched dining chairs & are uncomfortable to sit on. Holes in the rubber blackout curtains, and no curtain over the kitchen window. Small unit. We were woken by a drunk at 2.49 a.m. along with some other perhaps permanent residents who were very noisy. Not really sure what goes on at this side of the resort but it's not good. Be aware. The hot pools at the resort were enjoyable although you have to walk along the main road to get to them??!!?. The combination fried rice from the restaurant was good. A strange place to stay if you have a dog. You wouldn't mind so much staying in the older/run-down part cos of the dog if you were told that and the nightly fee reflected this, but to be charged extra for having a dog stay is wrong. The whole area around the resort is really dirty. Parts of the resort look like they are under repair. It was just all very strange. Would not stay again.
