The receptionist at the front desk at check (about 11 PM Wednesday July 2, 2025) in was rude and uncooperative to the point of almost forcing me to abandon my prepaid reservation. She would not acknowledge even the most basic questions and refused to provide simple answers to even yes/no questions. I can't believe I am actually writing this in a review, but she even flatly refused to tell me if I was required to put a parking permit in my vehicle! She kept repeating, over and over, "if you have time, but security will be performing sweeps". Whatever that meant!
She kept trying to change my room type with an upcharge, even though I repeatedly told her I was fine with my pre-reserved and prepaid selection. Over and over I told her I was fine as is, but she kept pushing a different upgrade in an attempt for an upcharge.
This property also does not pay attention to the notes or special instructions you leave at reservation, as it was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if the connecting rooms I requested had been honored. She, extremely rudely replied "no, they are sold out".
The hotel itself is fine. Nice enough. Very clean and good amenities. Bed was to hard for my personal taste but that might be a positive for some people. But this could have been the Four Seasons for $50 per night and I still would never, ever come back if it meant I had to deal with that receptionist ever again.
