Noisy room, no sympathy from staff
We had booked two nights in the studio cabin and were kept up all night by the people in the cabin next door and across from us. They weren't being particularily roudy but due to close proximity we could hear them talking, slamming doors and stomping around all night. We decided to check out early (not expecting to get a refund as we had paid up front and knew the conditions). When we told staff we were checking out early they were rude and disinterested, they didn't ask what the problem was, show any concern or offer any kind of potential solution other than telling us there is a phone number on the door we should have called. We have stayed many times before and always enjoyed our stay. We might have got them on a bad day, but customer service us important to us and we won't be going back after this experience.
