I have been traveling to Macau for more than 10 years, but this was actually my first time staying at The Parisian, and I was very happy with the experience. What impressed me the most was the staff and the level of service. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We had originally booked a room with a double bed but wanted to change to twin beds. Even though the hotel was very full, the staff really tried their best to help us and managed the situation very well. They were also extremely helpful with our luggage and during checkout. We had quite a lot of luggage, and the assistance we received made everything much easier. A big applause and thank you to the entire staff. Their kindness and willingness to help really made the difference during our stay. I would definitely stay at The Parisian again, mainly because of the excellent service we received.
