10/10 Exceptional

This is the best hotel in its category that I’ve stayed at so far—out of 10 others I’ve visited in Australia. Everything—absolutely everything—is clean and well-thought-out; there’s space for our luggage, and plenty of room in the bathroom for our personal items. The pool is spotlessly clean. Wow.

Loved our stay here. Jane was such a pleasure at check-in and provided many great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room itself was well taken care of and very clean. It was wonderful to have a kitchenette at this location. The pool area was a nice little oasis which we really enjoyed! Loved our stay at this boutique hotel in Merimbula, would definitely return!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Close to everything. Lovely receptionist. My only complaint is that there were no bedside drawers. The tiny shelves need to be replaced with storage.

Check in was a breeze. Lady at the counter was lovely. Management have done a great job of turning this tired old motel into the best version it could be. Everything was super clean and the facilities were great. Excellent location for close walking to town.
