We had a wonderful stay. It’s perfectly located near Grafton Street with tons of shopping, restaurants, and pubs within a short walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bartender and bellman gave us fantastic recommendations including a short pub crawl that ended at a nearby pub with traditional Irish music which was a highlight of our trip. It’s a gem of a hotel.

Excellent location. Room was very hot, even though it was only 20 degrees outside and despite using the fan and having the window open, it stayed hot. There were a lot of stairs to navigate, even though there was a lift we still had to go up and down. However the concierge was helpful with bags. Room was very average.
