I was travelling with my elderly parents and had to phone the motel in advance a few times to ask questions and the lady I spoke to was so accommodating and she was so patient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, plenty of parking and on leaving, the owner stopped by as we were getting ready to leave and asked whether everything was to our liking. Its nice when motel owners show a friendly face and care about your stay, as opposed to another motel elsewhere where there wasn't anyone at reception ever and you had to phone them for instructions. We loved our stay and would book with Acacia Motel again.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A great location within walking distance of city centre. Quiet although close to the road. Staff were obliging and room was serviced which is becoming rare these days. Bed was terrific. A hot tap over the sink would be great.

The bed was comfortable, it was handy to town. I came home after being out all day and the door was unlocked & open. Same thing happened to my friend. 2nd and 3rd day, no fresh towels, no vacuum or any service. Front desk said breakfast was available. Front desk agent told me no breakfast. Started off well with a good size room, comfortable bed. Downhill from there.
