10/10 Exceptional

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Beach House Hotel in Mollymook. The location was great and central. Close to the beach , dining options and other amenities. My suite room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The balcony was great with beach and ocean views. The Beach House Hotel is highly recommended.

Located in a great position directly across the road from the beach and golf club, the view from the verandah couldn't have been better.

Difficult parking, no toaster, bit tired. Great location.

Location was amazing

Pleasantly furnished and sited, ground floor standard motel room. Easy parking. Close to three eateries, a shop and large, modern playground. Only negative, a strong, nauseating room deodoriser had been used, taking days to disperse. Nice to walk to sea, that can be heard in the room.

The best part of this place is the proximity to the beach, just the pictures are misleading, overall it was adequate

10/10 Exceptional

The property was well priced and located facing the beach, with a small pool which was high set and clean. It was in a lovely quiet pocket of Mollymook with a cafe next to the surf club nearby and the Golf club over the road which had a cafe and restaurant with see views. A bus stop was around the corner plus a small store. Kim at reception was very helful and pleasant and nothing too much trouble. The room eventhough old was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great place

it worked fine for what was needed ... and it was very conveniently located ... and the staff were friendly and helpful

The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean, bed comfy and shower great with instant hot water. Rooms are a little small but perfect for a one or two night stay. If I was to stay longer we would have needed more space. If you’re elderly you would need the rooms downstairs as the steps up are not ideal particularly carrying suitcases. All in all we would stay there again for sure

One power point that was accessible for the room, and that was hanging off the wall, no where to plug the kettle in, without unplugging the fridge first, the bed was very firm, even for someone who likes a firm bed. hot water kept going cold throughout a shower, location was amazing. They have a dining area and what looks like a common kitchen area, with no ability or instruction on how to access them outside the 5 hours a day reception is staffed.
