Staff are very helpful and courteous. The room had a few problems with loud noise from roof during night caused by loose metal flapping in wind. External door was not draught proofed and large gap at bottom caused the room to be cold.

No sign for reception or check-in is displayed-we asked the cleaner- it is in the pub. A disgruntled employee checked us in. Room is clean and modern. Parking is excellent. Pub food is disgusting.

The latest renovation has improved the hotel a lot, main pub/dining area is almost unrecognisable and a great improvement. The room at least the one I stayed in had a good makeover. The bed a bit lumpy but room otherwise was nice and clean.

Great spot, plenty of parking and convenient having the pub as a dining option. Staff were friendly. It was a bit bright in the room at night sue’s to the light being on outside and the blockout curtains being a little too short to keep the light out.

As far as local pub accommodation goes, this would be on the better side. It’s clean with a moderate attempt to update it. It’s certainly presentable and tidy, but it is it still pub accommodation. We had people smoking just outside their rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re loading the car. And people were coming and going a bit. Pretty much what you should expect for the accommodation type.

The unit has been referbished so clean but the NOISE children shouting from playground, doors banging from other units, I could hear people arrive home, door slam, talk, shower and eventually leave with door slam. not happy.

Great location. Walking distance to the bay and walking track along the waterfront. Close to Woolies (drive or 30min walk). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice big shower head which was lovely and nice cold aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had no issues at all. If we needed to stay in the area again we would stay here. Thanks!
