The hotel was comfortable, clean and as expected. There was a good spread at breakfast, the pool was clean and we were always able to get two sunbeds together - likewise on the beach area reserved for the hotel. We did not eat or drink at the hotel in the evening as there are a far better options around, more geared up dinner and drinks. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, what we expected for somewhere in a reasonable price bracket.

Staff was excellent, hygiene in rooms and poolside was amazing. I wasn't expecting much considering the money I spent, but it was way more better than I imagined. Definitely will go again, it was an exceptional experience.

Merhaba, otel plaja yakınlığı, kendi beachinin olması ve konumu açısından çok iyiydi.Personeller güler yüzl ve problem çözücüydü. Belki biz sezon sonu olması nedeniyle kahvaltıdan memnun kalmadık. Çok üstünkörü variydi. Beach de tüketilen şeyler pahalıydı. O nedenle diğer beachleri tercih ettik. Odalar eski temizlik yapılıyor ama akım ve yenilenmeye ihtiyaç var.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi denize sıfır bitez merkeze ve sahildeki tüm restoranlara yürüyüş mesafesinde. Kahvaltı olarak çeşit iyi ama malzeme kalitesi ortanın altında. Temizlik olarak koridordaki halı lekeden görünmüyor. Oda üstün körü temizlenmişti lavabo wc de sarı lekeler vardı. Klima eski ve aşırı gürültülü çalışıyordu. Otelde bellboy hizmeti yok. Çocuklu tatilde onca yoldan sonra o kadar valizi adansörsüz taşımak tatil için iyi bir başlangıç olmadı.

öncelikle lokasyon olarak güzel bi yerde çalışanlarıda gayet ilgili fakat oda kısmında bi kaç durumdan memnun kalmadım çarşaflar ve banyo rutubet kokuyordu, duşakabinin gideri tıkalıydı ayrıca kliması çok eski ve bakımsızdı o sıcakta klimasız uyumak çok zor fakat açarsanda sesinden dolayı uğultusundan uyumakta imkansız bu konuda çok zorluk çektim gidicek kişilerin bu unsurlara dikkat etmesi iyi olur

Otelle ilgili en iyi şey çalışanların çok iyi olmasıydı. Ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yapıyorlar. Deniz manzaralı odaya ücretsiz yükseltme yaptıkları için teşekkür ederim. Otel’e yeni bakım yapılmış ama beceriksiz ellere yaptırılmış. Yapan firma yaptığı hataları düzeltmeli, kötü görünüm oluşuyor. Konumu ve olanakları çok iyi olmasına rağmen bakımsız görünüyor. Oturulacak en güzel yer olan çim bahçesi en güzel saat olan 18:00’de toplanıyor. Havuz başını toplayın tamam ama çim bahçeyi toplamaları mantıksız. Mecbur odaya çıktık, yemek için de erken bir saat çünkü. Lobide karşılama görevlisi yoktu, 10 saatlik yoldan sonra eşyalarımızı üst kata taşımak zorunda kaldık. Yeni sisteme geçildiği için her içtiğimizi tek tek o anda pos makinesi bekleyip ödemek zorunda kaldık. Normalde odaya yazılıyordu. Onun dışında denize sıfır olması ile konumu çok güzel. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda çalışanlar çok iyi fakat az sayıda oldukları için fazla koşturmak zorunda kalıyorlar. Genel olarak memnun kaldık aslında ama dediğim gibi çalışanların desteği çok iyiydi. Hepsine özellikle Ahmet Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz.

Otele girdiğimizde çantalarımızı görmelerine rağmen kimse yardım etmedi. Giriş yaptığımızda resepsiyondaki kişi Odanız sola dönün orada diyip kestirip attı. Çay bardaklarını koca otelde yirmi otuz tane temin etmişler, daha sonra dershane gibi karton bardağa geçiş yapıyosunuz. Oda Temizleme saat 9:30 gibi geldi, şafak operasyonu zannettik. Onun dışında fiyatına göre olağan bir otel. Plaja yakın olması en büyük avantaj

Uygulamada otopark olduğu bilgisi var, işletme böyle bir imkân sunmuyor. Bu uygulamadaki bilgi dahilinde oda satın aldığımızı ve otopark olmazsa satın alma işlemini iptal etmelerini istedim. Yardımcı oldular. Olmasalardı puanım düşük yönde olacaktı. Sorun çözüldü ama çevrede çok büyük otopark sorunu var. Otoparklara günlük bin lira para vermek zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Oda almak isteyen müşteriler bunu bilerek işlem yapsınlar. Bunun dışında; odalar temizdi, yataklar rahattı, kahvaltısı eh işte. Deniz bana hiç hitap etmedi. Yorumlara bakarak aldım, herkes deniz için “Çok güzel.” diye yorum yazmış. Bu insanlar ilk kez mi denize girmiş, anlamak zor. :)

Kendine ait plajda tertemiz bir koyda küçücük balıklarla yüzdüğümüz enfes deneyimdi. Tadı damağımızda kaldı. Kahvaltısı şahane özellikle pişi ve özel şefe hazırlattığınız omletler. Havuzu ve denizi yaz sıcağında serin kalıyor ve çok rahatlatıyor. Odamızda ufak bir aksaklık oldu ve hemen odamızı değiştirdiler ertesi sabah hallolmuştu. Klimalar efektif, çarşaflar havlular mis gibi. Aileyle gelip burada turistlerle dilinizi geliştirebilirsiniz :)) kesinlikle Bodrum ve Gümbeti geride bıraktı benim için. Yine geleceğiz inşallah
