Forventningsafstemning😒 Jeg havde booket 2 overnatninger på stedet, med haveudsigt, men fik værelse ud mod trafikeret vej, da jeg klagede til værtinden over forkert værelse, afviste hun dette, så jeg kunne ikke få værelset med haveudsigt. Endvidere var der i min booking medfølgende badekåber, jeg forklarede værtinden, at de manglede og om hun ville skaffe mig dem! Værtinden afviste igen☹️ Næste morgen fik vi dog nogle str. xs badekåber udleveret med mange ord på fransk (som jeg ikke er så god til) men forstod dog, at vi skulle være meget glade for badekåberne, da dette var en ekstra servicé!, hvilket det IKKE var, det var inklusiv med i booking af værelset, ligesom haveudsigt!! Værelsesrengøringen så ud til at være stoppet midt i det hele, tæppe og tæppelagn lå på gulvet, kun noget af skraldespanden var tømt, men værtinden havde dog husket 1 toiletrulle, som jeg havde bedt om, da det ellers ville mangle 😞 Jeg fraråder morgenmaden, vi fik gammel genopvarmet brød - på trods af, at der få kilometer fra stedet lå et bageri🤨 og så skulle vi betale 30 euro for 2 personer. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse☹️

Etablissement à éviter pour les arrivées après 19h. Attention : réservation effectuée sur Hotels.com à 20h30 mais la réception ferme à 19h. Il est donc possible de réserver 24/24 après les horaires d'ouverture pour venir profiter du portail de l'établissement au prix de 75€, qui sera reversé aux propriétaires. Le numéro de téléphone portable affiché sur le portail n'est même pas attribué. Problème récurrent souligné par l'hôtelier qui ne fait rien pour changer, à vous de lire les conditions bien cachées, en sachant qu'il n'effectue aucun remboursement car c'est "normal". Merci tout de même pour la proposition d'un avoir après avoir porté 6 réclamations auprès d'Hotels.com. Bravo!

Exceptional, cute gem of a property, with perfect cleanness, nice, relaxed atmosphere. You feel alone! You are in your little comfortable suite, ( nothing is missing!) with its own spa, on your own little patio, in front you a huge garden, the outdoor restaurant is so pretty, surrounded with vines and Provence flowers and herbs, its smells nice, the swimming pool is perfect, and Nelly is the perfect host, no less, and the food she serves!!!The imahes can't tell the whole story.We'll definitely be back!!

Pleasant stay in Provence

This is place to which we would happily come back to. The service is genuine - the setting is peaceful. Was a pleasure to find an establishment with a decent size swimming pool - rather than a paddle pool photographed with a fisheye lens. The breakfast setting was relaxing in the garden. Our room was spacious & clean – and the beds comfy. The only thing we missed was an AC – which was made up for by the pool ! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
