Had a very traditional feel to the hotel. Very close to the bustling high street. Not far from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. My only gripe was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I feel this is a basic touch but a necessity. So if you're planning to stay here then definitely take a bar of soap with you or buy one from the shop round the corner.

Clean, close to airport, nice Bar & restaurant, friendly staff. Only bad thing was that i received an email asking me to confirm my booking just before leaving for the airport otherwise my booking would be cancelled.Had i not been checking flight departures on the internet i wouldn't have seen it and presumably would have lost my booking. I would suggest to the hotel that they don't do that. I've not had that with any other hotel booked on Expedia and there has been plenty of them.

good for value hotel, great location

I enjoyed this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, near to both the central train station and the main shopping street Mohammed V, and to the Hivernage area. The walk from the hotel to the medina is straight forward and not too far either. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The rooftop terrace is great, with a swimming pool and a hotel bar; not to mention the view! In terms of the style and the look of the hotel, I found the interior way too dark for my taste. If they are to renovate I'd keep this in mind, because the size of the rooms and everything else is great, it's just a bit too sombre, and not very fashionable.

Der Aufenthalt im Fashion Hotel war so schrecklich das wir nicht länger als 12 Stunden dort bleiben konnten. Wir haben in unserem Leben noch nie so etwas dreckiges und unfreundliches gesehen. Wenn man beim Check in nicht einmal als Gast bezahlender begrüßt wird muss das schon etwas heißen. Leider hat uns das Hotel und die komplette Mentalität der Mitarbeiter unseren Start in den Urlaub versaut. Leider werde ich ab jetzt nicht mehr bei Expedia buchen da man sich auf die Bewertungen nicht verlassen kann.

Très jolie Hôtel, bien située. La piscine avec le bar et la musique très tendance était très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont vraiment très très gentils et accueillant. Très bon séjour, je retournais dans cette hôtel dès que je reviens à Marrakech.

La grosse déception de notre séjour à Marrakech

Hôtel d’apparence correct mais notre hébergement a finis au cauchemar! Chambre médiocre par rapport aux photos du site, bruyante alors que l’on nous avait dit « bien placée », problème d’électricité dans la chambre, pas d’eau chaude à l’arrivée, humidité, et le pompom; Une invasion de cafards! Personnel disponible mais aucunes actions entreprises pour répondre aux prestations d’un hôtel de ce standing. Juste une bombe anti cafard passe dans la chambre, obligé de quémander une autre chambre. Direction peu ou pas présente aucun geste commercial pour compenser tous ces problèmes. Pour le directeur de l’hotel selon les dires des employés car pas présents évidement cela est « normal ». Hébergement à éviter, nous regrettons notre choix d’hotel alors que le reste de notre voyage était à la hauteur de nos attentes!

Hotel doskonale położony w centrum miasta w dzielnicy Nowe Miasto Gueliz. Na piechotę można dotrzeć do ważnych obiektów takich jak plac, medyna czy Jardin Majorelle. Śniadania troche monotonne, ale warto z nich skorzystać. Dobra kawa. Pokoje wymagają doinwestowania, łazienka ciemna i mało przytulna. Klimatyzacja nie zawsze działała. Łóżka wygodne, pościel czysta. Serwis codzienny i przyjazny. Obsługa hotelu grzeczna i rzeczowa. Plusem jest taras na szóstym piętrze z basenem, leżakami i wspaniałym widokiem na góry Atlas oraz panoramę miasta. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Hôtel correct avec un très bon personnel

Le personnel est souriant et vraiment serviable. Le séjour s'est très bien passé dans l'ensemble mais petits points négatifs, la peinture de ma chambre s'écaillait fortement dans la salle de bain et bien que ma chambre ne donnait pas sur la route, la musique était bruyante sur le palier jusque dans la chambre donc cela peut devenir problématique si vous avez le sommeil très léger.
