Me and my husband stayed in Jill hut for a night and it was so lovely. Yes small as expected but super clean! Staff were really friendly and accomodating in the restaurant whihc was really quirky and fun. Would love to come back again to have dinner and walk around the grounds!

Overall an enjoyable stay, Had a very good night’s sleep, bed comfortable and the room was clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated with some pleasantly quirky touches, generally a relaxing environment to spend time in. Breakfast was good. Bedroom being in a basement was a surprise, particularly given that the room was advertised as having a garden view, and there was quite a strong musty / damp smell in the room.

This was our third weekend in a row staying at Heart House. It is the perfect getaway. The lodges are spacious, clean and fully equipped. Lia on reception has been amazing. Always accommodating us and greeting us with a warm welcome. The staff in the Quicken Tree are also amazing and I couldn’t fault any of the food we ate in there. It’s also great value for money. We can’t wait to return

Needed to be at NEC on short notice and hotels were crazy prices. So I took a gamble and it paid off! Simple cabin all amenities good bed and no noisy neighbours, no lifts and doors banging at all hours. I’d taken earplugs & didn’t need them - basic - simple and relaxing! Perfect! Only annoyance was having an excellent cooked breakfast with table service instead of wandering aimlessly around a buffet! Great value and a real change from bland uniformity or chains that try too hard!

Location was good, staff were friendly, the room was smaller than I expected, it was a hot day and the main window did not open sadly and I was not able to turn the hot towel rail off. One of the towels was not clean and could not find a replacement. Heart House has alot going for it, with a few minimal changes I could write a fab review. My first stay here.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Heart House, What an absolute gem of a place. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. The staff were so helpful when I made an error with my booking. The pod (Sally) had everything you needed. There is a small kitchenette with hob and a microwave. There is a kettle and tea/coffee there are also toiletries. Toilet roll is supplied and there is a hairdryer. You need to take washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towel, the bed was comfy as was the sofa and we had a tv in the bedroom and living area. The shower was great and powerful. The only downside I would say is there isn’t anywhere to hang your clothes but there is a big drawer at the end of the bed. There’s lots for kids to do on site, the pub is great, very quirky and lots of character and the breakfast (included in the price) was absolutely beautiful. The site is quite rural so you do need to drive to the nearest supermarket. We loved it so much we’ve booked to go again.
