Property is a couple of blocks from the Vatican which is nice. Check-in can be a bit of a challenge is WhatsApp as we and other guests found out. It’s a process and stressful when you have luggage. From my location standpoint it’s good. From a street noise standpoint, it’s horrible. Lots of sirens and honking. Property didn’t provide any extras and there was no staff on site to assist with issues. Bed was comfortable. Be wary of the words breakfast available though as it means a croissant and coffee, that’s it. If you want a place to just lay your head and get up and go, it’s fine. If you’re looking a more enjoyable experience, there’s many other better alternatives. Price was on the moderate to high side. Would I stay here again… very unlikely.

Great location. Very clean with a nice common area to make tea coffee etc. Very pleasant cleaner who also checked us in. Would highly recommend this property. Only 1 small criticism, finding the property was a little confusing- would be helpful if commutation stated that guesthouse was located in blockB

It’s the perfect location for a city trip & a nice neighborhood. The room and she shared kitchen area are super clean and spacious. Very easy and good communication with the host. We will definitely come back!

it's an apt in an older building, lots of stairs, good safety layers, must be good with phone links to unlock multi doors, clean, very firm beds, small shower especially for those over 6ft, communication only through text, refrigerator in room doesn't work, kitchen outside room was very well stocked. good location for buses and metro.

Staff was excellent. They were easily able to accommodate my special requests. The included breakfast with the nearby cafe was a delight each morning. The only improvement i could recommend is a bench or seating in the beautiful entrance area.

Property was amazing and very clean. Mia (house keeping) did a great job, left our room very clean. Silvia and her husband were amazing, easy to communicate and very responsive. They waited for us upon our arrival which was nice of them to do. Never felt unsafe in the area. My husband and I will definitely return to Rest Guesthouse.

The location is very convenient. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Vatican City. Wifi was not that stable. Staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were communicated via WhatsApp. You can ask them for an airport or cruise terminal taxi reservation without extra charge.
