Perfect location for exploring the area on foot. No responses to questions asked through hotels.com. When I questioned this they said they don’t receive third party messages so please don’t rely on this form of communication if trying to book airport transfer. I booked our pick up for our return journey to the airport in the office and although was told I would receive confirmation of this I had to confirm it the morning of the collection as no correspondence was received. No welcome drinks as advertised, not a big deal but not as advertised. Shown around the villa by the housekeeper who then didn’t leave. We had to request that she didn’t arrive before a certain time as we were made to feel it was her property despite being paying guests. Once had that arrangement we enjoyed the privacy of the villa and the ease and safety of Sanur.

The location was great.As for the villa,it needs some maintenance, pool lights not working, gardens need attention, and the whole outside areas need a good pressure clean. Timber needs restaining. The pillows were uncomfortable and slipped down behind the bedhead. Shampoo/conditioner wasnt replenished,nor was soap. For the price it would have been nice to have tea/coffee sachets available. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the price was drastically reduced. When paying high for accommodation the little things are welcoming,unfortunatley this place failed.

Terrible experience. Ruined my holiday.

We arrived and we're told the hotel had NOT received our booking even though Expedia had confirmed my bookings two days before. I even rang Expedia and the hotel told THEM our booking was honoured as promised but told US we had no booking!?. We were shoved between 3 VILLAS in 10 nights. We were given no warning for moving us.they would tell us one day "you stay here" then the NEXT DAY tell us "oh no you must move now we have other people arriving today" !? What kind of "holiday" is that?! We were traveling with a baby and a young child and all in all it ruined our holiday. I'm so disappointed by emerald villas and how they treated us as a family travelling from Australia and my elderly mother travelling from the UK. Pitiful experience and a disgrace that this is allowed on a SUPPOSEDLY reputable website. Don't book with them. You may pay your THOUSANDS of $$$, arrive and be told- "Sorry we don't have your booking"....Then be moved 3 times in 5 days ?! Incredibly stressful and distressing to myself and my mother. The villas are lovely if you're actually allocated one (or two as we had booked!) but you simply cannot trust the booking system here. Expedia should remove them from their selection if they do not wish to be affiliated with such a poor holiday provider.

Le descriptif de l'hébergement sur Hotel.com indiquait que la villa était proche du centre et des points d'intérêts (10 min à pied, même moins). Ce n'est pas le cas, il faut plus de 30 min de marche. Nous avions réservé cet établissement pour cette raison. Mis ce détail de côté, la villa est superbe, confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est tout de même à recommander.

朝出した洗濯は昼には戻ってきました。きちんと畳んでくれてありがたかったです。プールも毎日落ち葉などを掃除してくれていました。日本語は通じませんが、スタッフは皆さんいい方でなんとかコミュニケーションを取ることができました。門のところにも24時間警備員がいて安心でした。レストランが近くに数件あるので、食べることには困りません。

Everything was perfect for us. Very quiet but still close to all shops. If you want to go to nice beaches you need a car. The beach that was close to the Vila was not very good. We will come back next year again.
