If you're looking for a basic (hence lower cost) room, that's clean and has comfortable bed(s); this may be the place for you. Located close enough to Central Railway Station, it was convenient as we only had an overnight stay before heading back home. Bed was comfortable and appeared to be new which was a huge plus. We were lucky enough to have a private toilet and shower, which were clean. Upstairs the rooms were quiet enough for our privacy.
