Jamie was very friendly, was surprised the room had a microwave - didn’t use it but great to know if we choose to stay again. Was good to be able to close the bathroom roller door to keep the room warmer and block the noise of the birds in the morning!

Large room with king bed. Friendly staff. Several restaurants nearby although we used The Station next door to buy takeaway for a night in to watch the tennis. Bathroom was dated but would definitely stay again.

My stay was good and the room was clean however the amenities were either not fully stocked or not available such as missing hand wash soap. The staff was polite and prompt to respond to our requests. Also worth noting that the TV in the room wasn’t functional and the staff also weren’t able to make it operational which I believe should be improved and has impacted our stay at the property.

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

The facilities were old & the kettle even leaked but the beds were comfortable & the room smelt clean. The other guests were noisy (particularly above) were extreme noisy late at night when my 2x young daughters & I were trying to sleep after me driving all day & needing to drive the following day.
