10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was clean, well located and spacious. Room was quiet, air conditioning was fantastic and WiFi reception was perfect- I did an entire day of virtual meetings with no trouble! The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. I had a problem with my room and they were able to help and upgrade me and were incredibly kind and helpful! I felt so welcomed and am looking forward to staying again! Thank you to Roxane for making sure my stay was so smooth!

Air conditioning important with the heat wave, modern, big room for Europe standards, not amenities in the hotel but very well located. Very friendly staff.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was welcoming & helpful. Great recommendation on restaurants nearby. The room was clean & of good size. Breakfast is great with fresh juice & fresh pastries delivered to your room everyday. Great air con during heat wave. Could add a pair of kitchen scissors & some kitchen towels to make it even better.

Room was clean, staff were not that friendly. Check in instructions were poor. Location was good. Expensive for the room

Amazingly large space - like mini studio apartment. Location so close to Louvre. The only negative is there is a club next door that sometimes spills out into alley and there is noise. But the windows are pretty good at keeping the noise out.
