Very good value for money accommodation. We had a spacious room at the top floor with amazing sea view. Clean, quiet and opposite the beach. Very friendly staff who picked us up from the port and drove us to our next accommodation. That was greatly appreciated as its not always offered by other hotels. The internet signal was intermittent and Aircon unit needs updating but overall a good accommodation for summer holidays.

There is a big variety of food options in this area , fast food ,restaurants , bakeries and also 2-3 mini markets with fruit and veggie options to buy . Beds were really comfortable and even there was air conditioning system there was no need to switch on

Nice, comfortable, and quiet property on the Serifos harbour. It is no frills, but everything you need is at you doorstep here (restraunts, shop, beach). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning helped keep out all the sand I was tracking from the beach too :) My only minor quibble is the fridge could be a bit noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper like me. I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly owner Dimitris and great location

I will definitely recommend this place! The owner, Dimitris was so friendly and helpful - he even came and picked us up from the port. He also arranged the taxi for the wine tour - which was really good as there are only four taxis on the island so it is not a guarantee to get one. The room was very clean. Great location in the middle of literally everything in Livadaki, right next to the beach bus station and a stone throw away from the Chora station. You can’t go wrong with this one. But choose the sea view appartment! We took the mountain view, it was nice, but I am sure the sea view would have been worth the extra money.

Costantino e Dimitri sono gentili, disponibili, accoglienti e socievoli, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Ho viaggiato da sola e mi sono stati di grande aiuto, sia nel darmi le informazioni, sia nel condividere la storia dell’isola. La camera era perfetta, vista sul mare e molto bella esteticamente, tutta bianca e ordinata. Mi sono sentita accolta e coccolata. Ve lo raccomando con tutto il cuore. Grazie ancora infinite! Der Eigentümer war nie anwesend, er gab uns nur beim Check in kurze Anweisungen. Danach haben wir ihn bis zum Check out nie mehr gesichtet. Wir erhielten keine Infos zu Wlan-Password etc.. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Während der Nacht dröhnte ständig der Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Der Duschvorhang war unhygienisch. Preis/Leistung völlig ungenügend! Das einzig positive ist die Lage direkt am Meer. Zudem ist daneben ein hervorragendes Restaurant, welches aber nicht zum Hotel gehört. Aus diesem Hotel könnte man definitiv mehr herausholen!
