98* degrees on Aug. 31. Arrived around noon,wanted to check in early. Was told check in is 3pm. To hot to wait it out in the car. No one offered or said anything until i called the corporate office that you can pay a early check in fee. That was 10 days ago and i still havent recieved my $150. Deposit back on my credit card either. The person working there was rude at check-in and no help getting my deposit back.

Woofstock Dog Shows.

We had a pleasant stay and the waffles were great for breakfast. I was given the room downstairs as I had requested, and we had no difficulties while there. Much appreciated. We were there for the dog shows in Vallejo and this was a much better place to stay and only 15 minutes away.
