A comfortable and well-appointed room, attentive, efficient and friendly, English-speaking staff, generous buffets for breakfast and dinner, we would certainly stay there again. Clearly, it is popular with tour operators, as most of the guests while we were there were in groups - the only drawback. Its central location means that shops, restaurants and local transport are nearby..

Hayal kırıklığı

İzmir de birçok otelde konakladım ama bukadar olumsuz durumla hiç karşılaşmamıştım. Akşam saatlerinde eşimle otele giriş yaptık ve eşyalarınızı bırakıp 10 dk içinde geri çıktık. Gece geldiğimizde otel ve çevresinde park yeri yoktu aracımı ortada bıraktım ve ve bunu belirttim. Aracı alacak kişi gayet seviyesiz bir espri ile aldı anahtarımı. Sabah çıkış yaparken arabanın nerede olduğunu söylemediler biz kendi çabamızla karşı sokağın içinde bulduk ve aracın camı sonuna kadar açıktı. ( bırakırken tüm camları kapalıydı ) Gece arabayı alan arkadaş seviye düzeyi düşük espri yapacağına işini düzgün yapsaydın keşke. Aracı kontrol ettim içerisinde kayıp bişey yoktu. Resepsiyona belirttim durumu sadece özür dilendi. Genel olarak otel içi eski mini barı boştu. Ama çıkışta minibar kullanımını sordular. Aracınızı gece çalışan orta yaş üstü amcaya verirken lütfen kapıları kitlemesini camı kapatmasını söyleyin.

Our stay in İzmir

The check in was very friendly and easy, the staff immediately came out and helped find a parking space . Perfect! Room was nice and clean and warm no complaints either. We even got a fruit plate. Shower was big and we had plenty of hot water. Clean! Location is perfect because we could walk everywhere. Breakfast was so so. Nothing special but not bad. Just nothing special. We would definitely come back
