I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it.

Administración girl in charge at that time was very disrespectful, I had a reservation already paid and she went and charged me twice, when I told her than it was already paid, she didn’t even take the time to look at my reservation, and treat me whit no respect and hospitality I feel like I was in the worse hotel in Mexico

Me gusto que es pequeño y que estaba cerca del lugar donde fuimos a una fiesta. No me gusto que el waze me envío a otra dirección incluso puse el hotel y me envío a otro lugar y la recepcionista no supo explicarse de cómo llegar hasta que me envío su ubicación, este es una tema que en urgencia deberan de resolver, la habitación no estaba lista si bien es cierto el check Inn es a las 2 nos teníamos que cambiar le pedí apoyo y con gestos me dio una habitación que tenían lista! La comida bien y la Sra que atiende súper linda.

es muy bonito porque tiene muchas plantas, arboles, el concepto colonial es bonito, las camas cómodas. lo que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado que hace mucho ruido y no se puede modular y que la llave del agua caliente no servia.

Convenient location. Near to stores and food places. The staff is nice and helpful. rooms are cleaned everyday. I loved the location. Usually a nice, quiet place with just one night that cats were making so much noise that it was impossible to fall asleep for most of the night. I would recommend this place.
