Staff was very friendly and accomodating with my change in plans. Beds are comfortable at this chain which is why i choose them after i had back surgery. This particular location is a little loud being right off the exit of the I-10 freeway but i dont get bothered by that kind of thing. It's abouy a 2 mile from the AT&T Center so is a very convenient stay to attend events there.
