I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a guest. I woke up with multiple bites, welts, and skin irritation all over my body, including my arms, wrist, stomach, chest, and legs. The itching was severe and uncomfortable, and the marks continued to appear throughout my stay. I also noticed blood spots on the sheets, which is a common sign of bed bugs.
I requested to be moved to another room and was told I would “have to wait until later in the day,” even though my condition was getting worse by the hour. I also asked for clean bedding and never received it.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I’m a frequent visitor at this hotel. This is my first time experiencing anything like this here, and it was completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency, concern, or proper response from staff was extremely unprofessional—especially for a situation that can seriously affect someone’s health.
Because of the itching, swelling, and welts I developed, I now have to seek medical attention and treat the areas that were affected. This stay has caused me inconvenience, discomfort, and unnecessary stress.
I am requesting a full refund or compensation for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions I was exposed to. No guest should ever have to deal with bed bugs or leave a hotel in worse condition than they arrived.
