This is a no frills motel on the outskirts of town, but it well maintained and clean. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated and there’s an exhaust fan in the bathroom with tile in the shower. I had the option at check in to pay in the loonie or the US dollar on my card, which I appreciated.

This is a lovely, well maintained little motel next to a great pub, a gas station and a breakfast spot. As a traveller I expect very little, but this place delivers beyond expectations! It’s great value for money. Clean rooms, all the basics, nice staff and great location for someone driving through. 10/10 No wonder it was completely full and will surely remain that way if they keep doing what they’re doing.

Trunk Road Hotel is a basic roadside motel, so I wasn't expecting a luxury experience; but the room was clean, the connectivity was excellent, and I had no problems with my stay. My only complaint (and it's quite minor) is that I wish the lighting in the room had been better; it was adequate, but the nook between the sleeping area and the bathroom was almost completely dark-- not helpful when that's where the luggage bench was...

Cannot say enough of how well received we were at check in. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, tons of channels on TV and bathroom had everything anyone would need. Felt very safe in the area it was for sure and a restaurant only a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again if we ever get back to that area.

Best Motel we have ever stayed at! Both the exterior and interior were wonderful. Lots of fine touches in the room left us enjoying the property fully. Also, we hadn't realized, but there is a restaurant right next-door. Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff service. Stay here!

This place seems recently renovated and is a comfortable place for a road trip stop! The room was neat and clean with a few more personal touches and amenities in the room than you expect from a lower cost roadside motel. Overall a lovely stay.

The motel is easy access to the Trans Canada highway and is located beside a roadhouse for dining. The room was clean and well stocked. There is a microwave, bar fridge a the TV had lots of channels. I found the front end staff to be very pleasant and helpful.

I am a repeat customer here and appreciate the 5 star cleanliness. If you are looking for amenities outside the room, no pool, gym, bar etc. and a good nights rest is all you need, this is it at an affordable price. For seniors like me, it would be helpful if the bathtub area had grab bars . All in all a good place to stay.
