We stayed one night on a family trip to the mountains. We had 5 rooms. The lake view is spectacular! Rooms were spacious enough - get a king bed if not sold out; the doubles are somewhat tight for two people! Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Lobby nice & clean & great seating areas. We had ample parking for a large van and a large SUV. Water pressure could use some work and a deep clean might be needed but overall it was fine for a night.

It was nice A/C didn’t seem to work all that great and one of my pillows had a dirty spot on it but the location was nice.

Pillows were not comfortable. Bed sheets were wrinkled and had stains on them. I wonder if they were changed prior to my stay.

Lake Front

We had this trip as a weekend anniversary trip. It was very nice and loved the location. Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend we werr there so all the awesome outdoor activities we didnt get to do. Still had a great time despite the weather. Would recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Nice size room with a great view of the lake. Clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was pedestrian and feel of the building was comfortable with seating on the lake side. Great place for walks with trails around the lake and ice cream across the street. Second time we have stayed here and would come back.

A great family experience

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our little get away here- we were able to relax on the beautiful lake back in September and the wonderful hotel offered a great breakfast buffet. The lady at the front desk was an absolute doll our entire stay

The pool was about a mile away and charged $30 for three people, plus $3 to rent towels 🙄 TV went out ant 7:30pm and instead of replacing it they wanted us to pack up and move at 9:30pm. It was a nice hotel otherwise but these things dampened our spirts.

The Terrace is clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. You can take a walk around the lake, or just walk the rose lined side walk.

Overall stay was awesome! The staff members were friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options. Lake Junaluska is breathtaking! The only negative our shower didn’t drain properly. We stood in ankle deep water. Our room was 1635 in the Terrace.

Beautiful setting

Beautiful setting with the mountains in color. Lovely people all around. The only negative was since we were there two nights, I guess I expected someone would change the towels and make the bed, but no one touched the room.
