Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked a room for two people, but when we arrived, we discovered that the bed was only approximately 150 cm wide and that there was only one duvet.
We contacted the hotel about this, and eventually we were given an additional duvet, which we appreciated. However, this did not solve the main issue of having such a small bed for two adults.
What was particularly surprising was that the mattresses were covered in plastic. This made the bed uncomfortable and gave the room a rather unpleasant and cheap feel. When staying at a hotel, we expect a proper and comfortable bed — not mattresses wrapped in plastic.
We had been looking forward to our stay in Amsterdam, but unfortunately the hotel became a significant part of what made the trip less enjoyable. We also found it disappointing that the hotel was unable to offer a better solution when we raised our concerns during our stay.
Overall, the experience did not live up to our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.
