Cleanes can be better in the washroom. Air conditioning can't ajest the temperature but its good working condition. I prefer woodenfloor. Ŕoom was spacious room and convertible bed. Overall very good hotel and the staffs were very helpful.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which made for a great first impression. The room was reasonably clean, but the hotel itself is quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. While everything was functional, the aging facilities noticeably affected the overall experience. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay. With some much-needed upgrades and modernization, this hotel has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The staff were amazing. We were a family of 5 with very young children, who were very active. The staff were very patient with the chaos that's our family and jumped in to help at every opportunity. Re booked them for our stay after our return from the resorts.
