Lobby is beautiful but when you get upstairs the building shows its age. Pretty central to a few restaurants is nice. Doors are not sound proof at all, could hear doors slamming up and down the hallway as people would move about. Train outside the building is noisy, not great for light sleepers.

This is one of the better stays we’ve had on our cross Canada road trip. Extremely friendly staff, room was clean, beds were comfy and it’s in a really good area in town. I also recommend trying the food at outlaw bbq down the street. The food was fantastic! This area is newly being built and seems to be developing well! Would recommend to anyone staying here.

My stay was mostly good. Housekeeping made it difficult to manouver halls and elevators, often keeping then jammed. How's keeping also made it extremely difficult to nap. As they were servicing, other rooms, doors were squeaking, slamming, and they were extremely loud

To be very fair, the staff the Four Points Sheraton were excellent and the fitness room and hot tub were very nice to haves. The issue with this hotel is that it was built right in front of busy railway tracks that are very active between 1am and 5:30 am. The hotel room literally shook like an earthquake intermittently throughout the night because of the close proximity to the trains. If I had known prior to booking how significant this problem was I would never stay here. Also, if you book through a booking site then they don’t have any ability to reduce the price of the room. I paid 400 dollars for two nights with very minimal sleep.

Comfortable for the one night stay. Good location for a comfortable 15min walk to Mosaic Stadium for the football game. Local and chain restaurants located within walking distance. Parking included with the stay, making it convenient to attend, with a walk to and from Mosaic Stadium. Hotel has restaurant for morning breakfast before check-out, pool and hot tub to utilize. Staff are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Room has basic functional amenities making the stay comfortable. Overall, a good pleasant stay that is well located to Mosaic Stadium making any events attending there have extra value.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room had been updated. I have stayed at this hotel before and this time the room was in better shape. Newer carpet and newer furniture. The carpets in the common areas are terrible and the base boards have been ripped off.
