It’s ok

Overall the hotel is ok. It was clean, quiet, and the room was pretty comfortable. Also, very close to the train station heading into Düsseldorf. On the other hand, the internet was down all evening and night and the personnel could be a bit more welcoming. Smile sometimes, people!

Unterkunft war relativ günstig. Man kann dann auch nicht viel erwarten. Es war soweit alles ok sauber aber keine Standard Sauberkeit in einem Hotel. Brauch man eine schnelle sehr günstige Unterkunft für ne Nacht ist es ok.

De service is prima. De kamer was lekker ruim. Er komt veel daglicht door de gordijnen en het raam bij de kamerdeur. De matrassen zijn best wel doorgezakt. De douchecabine is vies, voornamelijk vanwege aanwezigheid van schimmel bij de randen. Met HG schimmelreiniger is dat prima tegen te gaan. De regeling van het warm water is moeizaam, het duurt lang voordat er iets verandert aan de temperatuur. Het gratis ontbijt is goed en maakt veel goed.

Das Zimmer war Groß und geräumig . Das Badezimmer bzw die Duschkabine war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, sämmliche Dichtungen schwarz. Dieses sollte mal neu gemacht werden. Leider im Bad keine weiteren Steckdosen für Lockenstab ect. Geschlafen haben wir gut . Das Frühstück war mittelmässig es war zwar alles da was man braucht, dennoch wenig Auswahl und es gab Aufbackbrötchen die man sicher auch gegen Brötchen vom Bäcker Austauschen könnte. Alles in allem ok für den Preis .

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so leicht auffindbar, und das Licht im Badezimmer hat durchgehend geflackert. Ruhige Lage, Hotel war leicht zu finden. Frühstücksbuffet für den Preis angemessen.

Das Beste draus gemacht?

Es wurde sich bemüht, das beste aus den Räumlichkeiten zu machen. Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Suite sehr groß, dafür eher spärlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war nicht gut, ziemlich unbequem. Aber am schlimmsten: durch das riesige Wohnzimmer war es eiskalt dort - die Heizung war nicht an, so dass wir echt gefroren haben. Das Bad war ein nostalgisches Highlight mit alten Marmorfliesen... die Armaturen leider nur intuitiv zu bedienen.

Leider wirkt die Unterkunft ein wenig abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer von Zimmer 34 war dies besonders deutlich. Die Duschkabine war an einer Seite nicht mehr in der Führungsschiene, die Halterung für den Duschschlauch befand sich nicht richtig befestigt auf Kinnhöhe. Das Bett wirkte im ersten Moment durchgelegen, wir haben aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Leider fehlten auch Nachttischlampen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es wurde von dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter sofort wieder aufgefüllt.

Nice old building with character. Room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast was included. TV with a seperate setup box was a little bit of a hassle to get it running with 2 remotes. I liked it is on walking distrance from trainstation so a nice option if reasonable priced hotels in the area are full.

War mal 4-Sterne, vierter Stern überall überklebt. Selbst für 3 Sterne nicht angemessen. Mit 130€ die Nacht völlig überteuert. War leider gezwungen dorthin gehen zu müssen. Werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr berücksichtigen. Nachteingangstür (mit Extraschlüssel) war so im Rahmen verzogen, dass sie nicht schliessbar war. Das ganze Hotel macht einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck.

Hotellet saknade personal i reception så vi kunde inte få hjälp med bokning av taxi på morgonen. Hotellet saknade air-condition och det var 35grader varmt. Det fanns inga restauranger eller mataffärer i närheten av hotellet. De fyllde inte på med toalettpapper och schampo fast än det lagts fram för att synas, Frukostbordet fylldes på dåligt när varorna tagit slut, Gamla slitna handdukar, Ingen information om WiFi-kod
