This hotel is really charming. Service is superb, the decor is quaint old Swiss and there’s a resident St Bernard dog. The adjoining pastry shop is out of this world.

4/10 Fair

No free parking despite being advertised and no parking near the hotel at all. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, floor was warped and very noisy, some towels had traces of blood on them, the shower was cramped and way too short for anyone of average height. Breakfast below average. Almost no written English, when there was something in English or Italian the translations were either poor or made no sense.
