I stayed here recently, the property was easy to find and the code system was good. Room however was small and run down, very basic. Door to bedroom area was jammed and wouldn't close. A friend stayed up the street in a cheaper but much nicer place.

Arrived late and extremely loud music coming from outside, I called out and asked for the volume to lowered , they didn’t here so I used a coat hanger and knocked on their window, found out it was a music c school and was almost finished for the day , Only one bedside table and no lamppost with no light switch in the bedroom, a bit dangerous, but the washer and dryer were handy

The opening to the ceiling cavity was hanging down and I nearly walked face first into it when I arrived. There’s no A/C vent in the bedroom, and the apartment layout means very little cool air from the living space makes it to the bedroom.

On intersection of main road. Very noisy. Bed not comfortable at all. Smoke alarm not working and hanging out of roof. Notified manager but not fixed for the three night stay. Paint peeling off the roof, unpainted gyprock repair on wall, bathroom light not working. Noisy toilet, smokers on balcony of adjoining room. Parking not included - additional $25 per night.

So much was broken and run down, the lift buttons, the shower tap the drainage from the shower, toilet roll holder, handles for cupboards, tv- no foxtel plus more. Was very noisy from the street as well hard to sleep.

I was travelling with 4 friends and we booked 3 rooms but on a rival found that the 4 friends had been given rooms in another hotel in Newcastle. without notification As we were in one car this was impossible. we ended up having to share a room as it was the only way to stay together. Was terriable, entrance was run down and stank, room had overwhelming smell and had large hole in the ceiling, a/c was useless, had to walk 2 blocks from car park to accomdation. Spas had mould all around in the moulding and was dirty, bed was saggy and offered no support, extremely uncomfortable. Spare blankets in cupboard where dirty and stained. Dont waste you time and money staying here. I paided for 2 nights and could only stay one night as was so bad.

Terrible. No staff on premises. Arrived there and code for parking didn’t work. My paid car park wasn’t available. Called the call Center and got no assistance other than park off site. The car park was secured with a pin activated barrier that was clearly given to another guest. The manager was abrasive, rude and condescending.

The communication was average. Called the number and the person I spoke to had no idea about the property. Power went out at 8pm and didn’t return at all- no refund until I called the property and they were very rude and tried to fob me off. The customer service it terrible and the property is average. Beds very uncomfortable. Good luck!

Satisfactory - would probably use again.

Communication a d check in procrsses all handled remotely. It took three or four phone calls to eventually recieve checkin instructions. There was no onsite parking available, apparently... there was different information provided by different people. This was a disadvantage for people with mobility issues. The king sized bed was a bit overwhelming for the main room which made getting to the ensuite bathroom somewhat difficult. The accommodation (2bed apartment)was satisfactory, and spacious for a group of three. The three giant tvs were an excellent addition! The location was noisy but the room we were allocated was right on the corner facing a busy intersection.

The room itself was fairly clean but the balcony didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months and its upkeep was a big of a shame. The common area was filthy with confetti all throughout the lift and walkway to the room and housekeeping didn’t bother to vacuum it up for the three days I was there. Also when exiting the lift to leave the complex there were tables from the cafe blocking the way. My overall stay was fairly average staying in a non smoking room but when I had my door open I could smell smoke from the people next door
