Unattended reception. Waited on phone for approximately 20 minutes to check in. Room backed onto back laneway. Woken each morning by garbage trucks at around 5 am. Curtains didn’t block out the lights in the carpark very well

It was convenient location and catered well to a family, it is older and some of the beds were not that clean

It would have been better to have carpet on the floor instead of tiles, especially in winter.

The mattress was horrible woke with a sore back every morning. There was dust and fluff under the beds that looked like it had been there for months.

Won't go back

The bed was very comfortable and the building centrally located. The room was unclean unfortunately. Hair in the bathroom & rubbish in the bin from a previous guest. Cutlery taken directly from the drawer had foodstuffs attached. No hairdryer, milk for coffee or ironing board
