The location is incredible and can not be beat . For this , it is easier to overlook some of the other downsides of this property . Flexibility and a love of the perfect location makes this a perfect place to enjoy Edinburgh during the summer .

Good enough

They are student digs, so naturally there's not much room, but there's enough for what you need. There are enough facilities on site, and it's central enough to be perfect for Fringe. Hot water went out on Saturday morning and it took until Tuesday to get fixed - but fixed it was. Plenty good enough for udget accommdation.

The staff is very good, no complaints there. The rooms are designed for student housing so the beds are small, uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable, the window is terrible as a result the rooms get stuffy and hot. (Probably not a concern most of the year) But it is student housing at a cheap cost so what does one expect really. The location is great.
