This is a hotel which has seen better days as the bashed doors, dodgy windows and dated interiors show. The car park is incredibly difficult to find i.e. on both Google maps and our Kia's navigation system. Knowing this they should give clear advice in advance. Our room was dated with a poor non double glazed window with worn hatches and a window which was difficult to open. The room had no fridge our tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was nice but the power was merely adequate and the leaking sink tape which drained over the sink was not impressive. The hairdryer therein didn't work so late Sunday evening I'd to go and request a working one for my wife who was wrapped in the okay towels provided but they were rather worn and far from luxurious. The staff were very good in trying to make up for the many weaknesses we experienced e.g. an empty tissue dispenser is down to basic customer care. Centrally located is a good point but honestly it needs a major revamp! Ok but we'd struggle to recommend it more than basic.

Great staff

The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early as we’re really tired from our flight and needed a nap and they upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff in reception were very nice. For us the room was very below standard for the price that we paid. We only had one pillow each to sleep on and there were no extras in the room. No beverage making facilities in the room. There was a hot drinks machine downstairs but it was dkk 35 each. There was also no phone in the room to call for reception etc and the mattress on the bed was very thin. So overall the hotel we thought was not worth the money spent to stay.

Hotel room was tired. Not worth £ 170 in my opinion. the bed didnt even shove up against the wall/headboard as a radiator was in the way. so the pillows disappeared down a gap at the head fo the bed.
