Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! When I returned to reception there was different receptionist- who stated that the spinner is not for hotel guests!even more great answer. Anyway the hotel was in a good part of city, clean and the valet parking was very nice.

Over Hyped. Over priced.

The staff is excellent. It is the management at fault. It is over priced. The rooms are small and dingy. The food is very expensive. Taxi to airport was at 500 when a local taxi would cost you less than 100. If the room is over priced, once you come in you realise that everything is very expensive. There are better options. Like the Residency Towers across the road. Or Taj Bivanta. I will try out some thing else next time.
