What a beautiful hotel .. staff were lovely and the room was very spacious. Food in the restaurant was absolutely superb. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever in Salisbury.

It’s an 800 year old building and the floors are uneven and the stairs are whacky, but there is so much charm, it’s part of the experience. Staff was super friendly and the morning breakfast a great start to the day.

This Hotel is very old and well in need of updating. Unfortunately fir me they were doing just that while I was there and the construction noise was a pain. However the Hotel has some history and it was a unique stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Great breakfast and pub staff were awesome. Very close to most things so very centrally located.

This is a very old and historic hotel. The rooms are nice and the bathroom was very nicely modern upgraded. The hotel is close to the city center with lots of restaurants. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel. They provide a parking pass for cars at a nearby parking lot. Felt very safe and comfortable.

Very convenient location, breakfast was excellent ,staff vey helpful. Because it is an old building the rooms are a bit creaky and stairs steep . No lift. Car parking available in public car park five minutes walk away. Scratch-card vouchers available from hotel at £10 for 24 hours.

The most outstanding stay of my life! It is a historic building but modernized in all the ways you would want. I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay here. We will make a point to return to Salisbury if we’re ever in England again just to stay at Chapter House.

I had a lovely room and the staff were excellent. Only downside is that you have to park in a public car park and so that made it difficult getting luggage to the hotel

This was a lovely place that I would go to again and again. The hotel itself was stunning, the staff were very helpful and thoughtful, and the food was fantastic. The only concern is the stairs are uneven, so just be careful if you’re unsteady. Other than that, delightful experience.
