El hotel Enriquez es un hotel de “toda la vida” en Coatzacoalcos, lo uso para asuntos de trabajo. En esta ocasión para descansar en mi trayecto a destino final. El hotel está muy bien, limpio, el restaurante muy bueno.

En la tarifa decía que el desayuno buffet estaba incluido, pero al llegar al hotel nos indicaron que no incluían desayuno, dejamos el hotel a las 10am ya que tuvimos que desayunar en otro lado. inicialmente nos dieron la habitación 308, pero el baño estaba inundado debido a una fuga, aparte la TV tenía problemas de transmisión y el cuarto olía a humedad. finalmente nos cambiaron a la habitación 314, mismo olor a humedad, cortinas manchadas de moho y el clima ruidoso. Por parte del personal, muy amables en general. Mucho que mejorar, creo que hay otras opciones mejores y más económicas.

El servicio de restaurant y recepción excelente, sin embargo la habitación olía muy mal, había una señora que hacía el quehacer y lo dejaba muy bien, y luego lo realizó un joven que lo dejó mal. El mini split hace bastante ruido cuesta dormir y si lo apagas no duermes por el calor.

Empleados rateros.

Mi viaje de regreso era cuatro hrs más tarde que la hora de salida del hotel por lo que solicité me guardaran mis maletas para recogerlas después. Cuando ya estaba en la central camionera quise cargar la batería de mi teléfono me di cuenta que alguien había robado mis cargadores de batería de mi iPhone y mi iPad. Con esto no volveré a llegar ahí.

Hotel modesto, pero con buena atención.

Como el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad se facilita conseguir taxi de inmediato. Puedes salir a caminar tranquilamente por la parte más antigua de la ciudad.. Las placas comerciales si se encuentran alejadas pero igual que en otras ciudades es fácil llegar en taxi o transporte colectivo.
