The Henderson exceeded our expectations for our baby-moon. The amenities (water/ice, coffee & tea) available on each floor, free bike rentals, etc. were so convenient. Beautiful resort and this was our second stay. The property is gorgeous, and the valet staff was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t as strong this time. Pool and beach drink service was inconsistent, housekeeping required multiple calls for basic supplies (more towels, toilet paper, shower gel, etc.), and there was confusion among staff about how to use a resort gift card. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but for the price, we’d expect more consistent service.

The only real major complaint we had was the children / teenagers at the "Adults Only" pool. There was no enforcement by hotel staff and when this was a deciding factor for choosing this resort, it was very annoying. The beach access from the main hotel is quite a hike (across the resort, across the road, and then down the boardwalk to the beach. Food was excellent at the hotel restaurants. Alcohol was very over priced! But all in all it is a nice getaway. If you have a passport, do an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean where you aren't paying $18 per mixed drink.
