We had an amazing time. Very close to beach, great views, close to downtown. We walked a lot which was great. We were on second floor so doing outside stairs was good for us. Sunsets were gorgeous. The putt putt course across the street was so much fun! House of flavors ice cream was totally amazing. Went to the state park and that was a great decision. Beautiful beaches. We would like to go again sometime.

Hotel is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and staff is super friendly and always ready to help with any needs you may have. My only negative comment is the price. My girlfriend and I have stayed here the past 3 years at the same time of year and the price has gone up by $400 since the first time with no improvements or anything to the rooms. I get that everything has gone up in that time, but that's a bit excessive. Also, if I'm going to nitpick something, the beds aren't exactly the most comfortable.

Nice location, terrible room

The staff was very friendly and the patio was nice but I have to say those are the only nice things I have to say about the janitor closet room I had. Whoever designed the layout of this room should be ashamed. The shower was so small you could barely raise your hands to wash your hair. It had peeling paint a broken light in the bathroom, there were a ton of anchor screws left in the walls and just barely painted over. I understand that I purchased the economy queen room but that doesn’t mean I don’t deserve quality especially at over 200$ a night.

Great place,friendly staff. Convenient to downtown and right across from the beach. Had a great view very relaxing sitting out and watching the sunset on the lake. Room was nice and clean just wish I had a screen on the sliding door. Can’t wait to go back. I love Ludington and I enjoyed staying here!!! I will be back.

Great view of Lake Michigan

The location was perfect. Awesome view of Lake Michigan. It’s right on the car ferry line so you can see the Badger come and go each day. It’s in close proximity to downtown with out being too close to downtown. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard and very uncomfortable.

This property is just okay. It has a lot of potential to be great, but everything was so old, musty and outdated. We averaged just shy of $300/night and it's definitely not worth that price point. The one redeeming quality is the proximity to the beach. Everything else was not up to par. With ample beach parking, stay somewhere else that's nicer for less. The staff was friendly, but it was overall very underwhelming and disappointing.
