parking was stated on site then they tell you its an extra $15 not good.Told well just park in the street this used to be free.(money grab). $30 dollar fee if the room is not left clean hey what?? already charging $200 plus for a set of sheets and some bath towels not a good look. The front door of the property is mere feet from the pier and a beautiful park and located a half block from the cafe district where all kinds of delicious food from around the world was available. This area felt safe and it was just a short walk to the incredible coastline and beaches as well as a beautiful botanical garden. The train station is also only a few blocks away that will take you right into downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Great venue for a wedding and it was lovely staying overnight. The rooms are a bit dated but reasonably priced for the lovely area close to the Yacht Club. The rooms have great views, and the studio room we stayed in was well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, dining and lounge areas. The beds are really comfortable. The bedroom area can be closed off from the rest of the room, making it dark and quiet. We did not hear the Karaoke going on at the end of the hall !! We look forward to returning soon.
