The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

The Riad and the staff at Hikaya were wonderful. The space is an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Beautifully decorated and serene, with a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the Moroccan sun. What a beautiful place to stay. We were welcomed by the manager and given some very useful information. Room was full of character and very comfortable. Breakfast was home made and very enjoyable. Can’t say enough about this beautiful Riad. Most importantly, the wonderful staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, they arranged tours and taxis when we needed them. It’s one of the few Riads in the Casbah that a car can pull right up to so you don’t have to get out and navigate the small alleys.

The ONLY place to stay

From the moment we entered the riad it was warm and inviting. Not sure I’ve ever experienced anything like this (in a good way). Each room was creatively decorated and unique. Breakfast was delicious each and every morning.Nada, Abdul and the entire staff felt like family by the time we left. If I could give a better rating than 10 out of 10 I would. Close to everything yet far enough away from the soul…easy walk. Hope to return some day.
