We checked in at 8pm, 4 hours after check in started. The first room they gave us was not cleaned yet, the second room wasn’t done either, they had us wait in the hallway til they finished cleaning it. Only had 2 sets of towels but 3 of us were staying so we asked for more and the front desk said they didn’t have any towels available and they might not have any, had to wait over an hour for towels. A worker had their kid in the lobby watching a tablet loudly. There was still trash throughout the room and they were in a rush that they didn’t leave toiletries or toilet paper in the room. The front desk was so focused on dressing up for Halloween than helping customers and housekeepers.

During my short stay I encountered multiple barking dogs not only next door but at one point one got loose and was running up and down the hallway barking. The walls were very thin and the family Next store we’re arguing and using profanity while their children cried and screamed. No involvement from the staff

Great motel for traveling seniors

We are four senior women driving from a concert in Ridgefield WA an hours drive away after midnight. Our instructions to get there were vague. We called to say we were lost and weren't going to make the 1:30 check-in. They not only helped us get there but assured us they would accommodate us. They gave us a late check out the following day no charge and would have allowed us to use the hot tub if we wanted. Our room accommodated the four of us perfectly and was quite large so we were happy! Breakfast was good also
