Really lovely hotel but we went at a very quiet time of year (April) so there was not much to do and many of the bars, restaurants and other facilities were closed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Tusan Hotel and left with great memories. We originally had a 4-night reservation, but the day before our trip our car window cracked and we had to delay our arrival. We contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, and Ms. İlknur from the Hotel Reservations Department was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though our reservation was non-refundable, she helped move our stay one day forward. Her understanding and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier, and we are truly grateful. During our stay, we were impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, the pools and beach were excellent, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food deserves special recognition. We were travelling with our 1-year-old daughter and were concerned about finding suitable meals. To our surprise, many dishes were prepared with very little salt, making them suitable for young children. Parents can feel comfortable letting their little ones enjoy the food. What truly makes this hotel special is the people. The warm atmosphere, genuine hospitality, and attention to guests made our holiday extremely enjoyable. We highly recommend Tusan Hotel to families and will definitely return in the future. Thank you, the entire Tusan family, for making our stay so memorable.

Above average

Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

What a fabulous hotel…

What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

Gereken her yere şikayette bulunacağım.

Abendshows waren wirklich gut. Essen wenig Auswahl aber guter Geschmack. Getränke waren in Ordnung.
