Staff just forget to welcome us, forget to smile, we are going there for the last ten years, unable to recognize us. At check out a military type of employee threatened us as we did not make our check out on time (30 minutes late) on Sunday. We ll be sued for that ? a very bitter impression when we left Took a guarantee of 500€ (everything was paid in advance except tax), at check out, no receipt was given

Modern Design hotel aan zee. Mooie, schone kamers met minibar en koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Wijn en champagne met nootjes en koekjes zijn in de kamer tegen betaling verkrijgbaar. Sauna en zwem voorziening was aanwezig maar door het mooie warme weer geen gebruik ervan gemaakt, een nieuwe bar gaat per 1 juni open. De bestaande bar/restaurant heeft geen ramen, maar wel lekker eten. Het ontbijt was elke dag geweldig en ruim, met zoetigheid en diverse broodjes met fruit of yoghurt. O' ja de stort douche was aangenaam.

Sauberes Zimmer, jedoch sehr laut und hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Terrassenzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Man hörte alle Geräusche inklusive Aufzug und ständig Türen knallen. Leckeres Frühstück jedoch total überfülltes Lokal. Es wäre schön, wenn erstmal die Hotelgäste die das Hotel inklusive Frühstück gebucht haben einen reservierten Platz vorfinden könnten. Sehr schade!

Eines der besten Frühstückbuffets überhaupt. Das Hotel ist toll am Strand gelegen, aber der Pool ist mit ca. 18 grad extrem kalt (warum auch immer). Preis Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach etwas zu unausgewogene. Zu teuer für das was am Ende bleibt. Ein normales Zimmer zum schlafen.

Prachtig hotel, perfect gelegen aan zee

Wat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad hier in het prachtige strandhotel cadzand. Het design is super mooi, de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is ongelofelijk lekker, de bedden super comfortabel en dan zit je ook nog eens letterlijk vlak aan zee. Perfect!

Leuk verblijf . Zeer mooie kamer!! Rustig. Mooi uitzicht! Uitchecken om 11 u is wel extreem vroeg. We werden om half twaalf al bij het ontbijt gebeld om uit te checken. Wij dachten dat het 12 u was…we konden trouwens reserveren om om 11 u te gaan eten… dus ja gaf veel stress dat telefoontje. De man achter de balie die belde , niet echt vriendelijk. De dames zeer vriendelijk. Deden ook niet moeilijk over het feit dat we iets later uitcheckten. Zeer goed gelegen.

Très bien mais piscine et restaurant fermé...

Le seul point (très) décevant est que la piscine était fermée ainsi que le restaurant. Il aurait fallu prévenir en amont de ces désagréments surtout avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi à qui l'on avait promis la piscine. Sinon très bel hôtel avec bel emplacement et petit-déjeuner fantastique.
