The good stuff: Clean? It’s what you would want your hospital to be. Perfect location 5 min from Prague square. Nice little deck, modern renovation pretty well provisioned. Nice clean bathroom with heated towel rack and great shower. Oh yeah, thank you for the elevator! Washing machine was easy-peasey. And not so good: I arrived after dark and opened the door to complete blackness. Believing I was on the main level I fumbled for a light switch as there was no motion light. Next thing I know I landed on my face at the bottom of three pointed, angular stairs with my luggage and a large vase on top of me. I was bruised but otherwise not permanently harmed. Bedroom is upstairs and also has what I consider dangerous entrance to the stairs up there with no handrail. So if I could rate safety separately it would get two stars. Lastly the sliding door to the deck needs some work. So with those negatives there are still enough positives to make this a solid four star rental. Fix the stair safety and this is a true jewel.

Excellent apartments!

Beautiful apartments! We stayed in the Dvorak suite and it was awesome. The bathroom is huge, as are the bedroom and living space. It’s so close to the Old Town Square and was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The day check in, assistance and as well check out was excellent. Unfortunately the night crew I can say the same. While coming back from exploring night city I did ask the desk personnel (young woman and middle-aged man) about breakfast in my native czech language. They responded that I must be confused and probably in the wrong hotel. I switched to English language and display room card. They realized how bad they make me feeling trying use their language and profiled us as individuals they aren't welcome at their establishment. It was a hard pill to swallow. Well me and my companion decide not to affect our vacation and move on. Yes we decided to share it just so no one else has to go through same situation again. Appreciate Vic and Margarida

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. We were only two nights there but it would be also good for longer stay. It was refreshing not to have make face to face contact with the stuff. It felt very private and we liked that. The stuff ansvered all of our question via e-mail and helped us with the check in which didn't work via website. The soap on the badroom smelled so good.

The appartement is really great !! We were with our daughter and the spaces are really big. We used the kitchen for the breakfast, usefull. The beds are confortable, I appreciate. The only negative point for me : when some guys make noises in the streat in the night i hear them (isolation of windows).
