I have stayed here before, but this was tge last time. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never serviced. The bathtub and toilet were disgustingly dirty. I bought two gallons of bleach to disinfect them both. One gallon into the tub with straight hot water filled and let sit for a couple of hours. The ice machine was not working, so there was a cooler with a few frozen bags of ice to get some. I took two showers. The water was plenty hot, and the water pressure was great. A full sized fridge, but no water supply for ice. No coffee service. Cold AC. But I have nothing else good to say. The location is convenient to Natural Bridge, but overall, I just cannot justify ever staying here again.

Cheap motel but everything I needed for just 1 night stay. People running the place were very helpful. Was convenient to have the diner next door. Decor all a bit dated, but everything worked and it was a good nights stay.

Place is a dump. Go anywhere else. Place is totally overpriced given the state of the place. Carpet is old and filthy. Comforter had a huge stain. Shower floor is discolored with big black patches. Did not use because it looked so bad. Walk above sink has old dirt and nasty stains. Wall heater covered with dust. I think this place may be used as a homeless shelter. There was an industrial size jack sitting in the parking spot in front of our room. Piles of junk and mismatched patio furniture outside the rooms in the back. People hanging out with room doors hanging open like they lived there. Gave me the creeps.

First of all this place was pet friendly neglected to say that you had to pay for your pet. The bathroom toilet was built, ready to fall off it very very crappy upkeep very very dirty. The cleanest thing in the room was the sheets in the pillowcases, but they look brand new. The electric wires for the AC was falling out of the wall and had to unplug that the wires for the TV that was falling out the wall according to hotel.com that I use all the time it was told that it had one room left. They had the whole hotel empty. I would not recommend this place unless they bother to get some paint. They need the beds all fixed in there the curtains the walls. I have several pictures the bathroom alone I mean, thatā€™s just itā€™s disgusting. Very very disgusting the in room telephone was full of dust thick dust. I had to unplug the AC because it was smell like burnt coming out of it Just very unhappy all the way around.

The shower was way too disgusting to even try and take a shower. The walls in the showers looks like so common city.
As you sit on the toilet, it looks like either somebody would chew a tobacco throw up or something all over underneath the toilet paper

Linens were clean but other areas of the room were questionable. No water on the second night and morning but they did refund that day. It appears they've attempted to keep the property up but details were very lacking.

Room was nice, no real issues other than no coffee maker. Parking lot and entrance need a lot of maintenance. Property has no amenities but the location is convenient. Its a bit pricey for what is offered but overall not too bad.

There was a terrible smell in this room! The bed was like a hill in the middle. Second bed had a spread on it that had a large hole. It looked like it hadbeen chewed. I ended up going outand sleeping in my car at 3 am.

When reserving the room on Hotels.com, I reserved a no smoking room, but when I received confirmation and when I arrived, it was a smoking room. No notice from Hotels.com about the swap. The room was very old, needing update. sink in bathroom barely produced any water. no shampoo in room for shower and tiny bar of soap that us unusable

Ok room. Paid for a queen sized bed and got a full sized bed. Small rooms. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Hardly any in the sink. Donā€™t eat at the diner though! Horrible, horrible, disgusting food!

For $80 a night I was expecting something updated and without a loose toilet. The toilet was not secured to the floor, the gap under the door took two bath towels to block, but the staff was incredible.

Was a peaceful trip in all but definitely donā€™t like the way the front desk tried charging my card with 4 different amounts for absolutely no reason at all considering I had payed when I checked in and was on my 2nd night of being hereā€¦ when I called front desk to question him about it he acted as if I was lying or he was clueless. But in all itā€™s a peaceful hotel just way to expensive for a room that looked like it hadnā€™t been clean in a good year picture was off the wall sitting on floor against the wall. Microwave also hadnā€™t been cleaned for so long so I cleaned it myself with a white rag and when finshed the rag was so dark and disgusting I threw it away after showing and not a word being said to me about it.: and the microwave was still stained even after that from not being cleaned. Went without towels for almost 3 days due to the owners brother washing his clothes and never showin back up to get them until days later.. if your looking for somewhere to just have a quick nights rest and roll out in the morning this is your place but for extended stays definitely donā€™t pay this rate so not worth it
